I have more than 20 years experience in designing and facilitating learning- and development processes in different contexts. I am inspired by systemic thinking, adult development and complexity theories.
Typical things I do:
Support management teams in teaming and learning.
Design and facilitate organizational development processes based on inclusion, co-creation and organizational learning
Help teams/work units in dealing with conflicts or dysfunctional climate
Design and facilitate “leadership development labs”, where leaders develop themselves while actively working with challenges and/or development initiatives in their organization.
Support individuals and groups in crisis
Coach managers and executives.
Background:
MSc in Psychology with extensive training/education in social- and organizational psychology.
More than 20 years of experience from working with everything from large international corporations to start-ups and governmental agencies.
Faculty member at Executive Education at Stockholm School of Economics and Executive Foundation Lund. Lecturer and tutor at Lund University School of Economy & Management. Member of GRO and Competenscompagniet - a network for crisis interventions.
