If someone asks me why I do the work I do, I usually answer something like “because I want to create more connection, - within and between people”. In our complex and challenging world we tend to forget or loose our ability to connect. Yet we all have experiences of what it’s like when we “have it”. In those moments we have access to creativity, courage, reflection and wisdom. I am deeply interested in how we create conditions and structures for this to happen, in our management teams, our departments, schools and organizations. Deep down it’s about creating a sustainable, human society.
